Sausage Mcmuffin with egg (Y)
I am dead tired because of CT meeting early in the morning. Changed after meeting, pop by Mcdonald for a burger to fill my stomach up and trained down to somerset for SCS roadshow. I must say, road show was a success with awesome people like Dylan and friend, who have an edge over others because they can speak so well and approach strangers without hesitation. Of course, they had the highest number of people agreeing to stand up to speak for a social cause :) Gladys and Cz did a good job too :)
Roadshow ended close to 4.30p.m and we had free lunch sponsored by i-don-know-who. haha. anyway, late lunch was filling and tasty :) trained home alone after accounting for everything.
